I am new to making sausage. I like the taste of Eckrich smoked Sausage and would like to make and smoke my own. I recently trapped 4 wild pigs and have that meat available. Have a MES 30" and have made some good summer sausage. Does anyone have a recipe for this. Thanks from East Texas.

Jalapeno Cheese Smoked Summer Sausage

I finished yesterday smoking this summer sausage. I used you recipie with no changes. This is the best sausage I have ever made. Wonderful. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cleaning masterbuilt electric smoker

I mix distilled white vinegar and water half and half in the water pan. Turn on the smoker and run for a couple of hours and wipe clean. Works for me.

Hello Webowabo I am amazed at the responses from everyone. I am in Wills Point, TX. on the farm. My house is 1/4 mile from the County Road and I live by myself (no wife to boss me) and am retired and enjoy BBQ, smoking meat, making jerky and sausage.
