    Package of Pecan from Pineywoods

    I received my pecan wood today from Pineywoods. I havent had a chance to do anything with it because I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed Thursday . I did get to look at it, looks very good can't wait to try it but the Doc. says I will not be eating any que for a week or so.

    iI have some aged crab apple wood in a pile . Do ypu have to remove the bark from it before you use it for smoking to avoid it leaving a bitter taste Thanks
