Hi, I'm Keith and I am from Maumee Oh. I just got started with Bbq last fall right before the weather turn bad. I did manage however to smoke a couple of Boston Butts and a brisket. The first pulled pork was a little tough, pulled it out of the smoker too soon like a newbie would. Just too eager...
