What is the best way to clean the grates after you use them. Any special tricks or just a good cleaning while the grates are hot. Does anyone put any type of oil on them.

Those look very good. I am a big fan of the local jalepenos around here(N, Florida) Ill stuff em with cream cheese and shredded cheese and wrap in bacon and bake. I wanna try em in the smoker. Keep up the good work
I just found a post for using a dryer tube on a chargriller smokestack. Does anybody know how to do it. Do you just attach it to the smoke stack and run it to down by the grates?
Ill attest to the mustard taste. Used it on the beef sunday, and not a hint of mustard anywhere. I like the worshtershire( thats probably not right. lol) sauce idea instead of mustard. Sounds good

They will help here alot. I went to youtube and typed in pork shoulder and it showed some people grilling and smoking with some add ons to basic grills you might wanna try that also
