    Hey Everyone, long time charcoal and gas griller here....but new to smoking.  Any suggestions for an informative book for beginners?  Nost just a book with advanced recipes but one that provides info on techniques regarding how much and what type of wood, recommeded temps etc....Thanks!!!!
