    Cold weather!!

    Does anyone have a hard time with the Bradley Smoker heating up in cold weather?  The temperature here is around 5 degrees, and can't seem to get the smoker up to even 100 degrees!   Might be a long time till we eat at this rate!  Have really liked the smoker till now.
