Hi Wade, It looks like I'm in for a frustrating journey then! 128514 It's arriving today as well as a new temp gauge and a chimney starter. I plan on doing a few mods that I've seen on YouTube videos. So fingers crossed this will improve the smoker. I'm looking forward to getting started though... -
