    Hello Just ordered my first smoker, Masterbuilt 30in electric smoker, and I'm super excited to try it out. I have my go to dehydrator for making jerky but I really wanted to try making it via the smoker. I'm 100% clueless about the process so I'll be asking a million and one questions =)...
