    New to forum,anxious to learn

    Hi, my name is Uncle Noon and I'm new to the forum.  I live in South America(Louisiana) and have been smoking for quite a few years.   I have a Brinkman electric smoker and a Weber Genesis B Silver grill.  I've done a turkey for Thanksgiving for 15 years or sothis year I'm going to try a turducken.
