Smokin' John's 500 gal Build
Nice looking unit. I currently have a 275 gallon oil tank that I want to convert into a smoker/cooker. I like the looks of yours my only question is where is the fire box on the 275 gallon part of the cooker? Luv the design. Can't wait to see how the monster turns out.- tshews

Fire Box, inside or outside smoker?

275 gallon oil tank pig smoker
Hello All, I am also interested in how to prep tank to cut. I just picked up a used tank that has residual fuell oil in it. Also what is best way to clean. I know that fuel oil will not explode. My guess is to build a very large fire in it once the top is off and then once the fire is going...- tshews
