Fired up the Mini WSM to try my hand at a turkey fattie! The goods Sautéed asparagus, onion, mushroom Turkey bacon weave Stuffed and rolled On she goes for some TBS One hour in, another lap of sauce. Done at 2 hr 15 mins IT 165 Mmmmmmm That is good!! Glad I went with... -
