You got a good oven! I use my 8" more than any other, next would be my 10". It all depends upon how much you are cooking. Google is your best friend to find reviews and best prices.
Always check the pots when purchasing or being delivered. The pots are heavy and might get tossed around...

B&B pickles is one of my favorites also, I buy Famous Dave's by the gallon at Costco. Once those are consumed I will try his recipe, has to be cheaper and hopefully better than store bought.

A furniture mover and a few modifications (hooks & bungee cords) is a safe way to move a smoker around short distances. Small wheels do limit things a bit.

I have the MES cover and it says in or on the box not to expose to sunlight. I keep my unit in the garage and the cover is for dust only now that I know its useless. When I need a new one I will check out the one you posted.

Quick & easy salsa for chips.
