Here it is. My first pic post on SMF!!!!! This is also my first attempt at smoking a PR. Turned out real good if I do say so myself. I served the rib with twice backed potato's (stuffed with jack cheese, cubed ham, sour cream, black pepper and garlic salt.) The corn was simple. I used corn... -
