    That sounds nice. You must be around Palmetto or Bradenton. Just got an invite to go dove hunting in Wachula on Oct 8 or so. I know the smoker will be in use. I'll let you know.

    Wanted to introduce myself.  Been smoking for about 7 years. Started with an ECB, and and using a CharBroil Deluxe now. Having a big gathering (10-12) with chicken and ribs, hickory smoked on Oct 30th. Good to be here!
