Thanks, pleased at my attempt to control the temps! Do want to find some split wood as opposed to chunks. Don't think I would need to feed it a such! Looking forward to the next burn128077- 1cutun

Put fire to my new Oklahoma Joe this past Sunday! Must say, did enjoy the layed back process! Seemed to maintain my temps thru out the whole cook and they turned out some kind of good! Feasted on two racks of baby backs!! Will attempt to post a pic or two!!- 1cutun
