So is there anything in particular that would be worth waiting to get the new model? I'm looking to purchase my first MES. When I look at the specs and try to compare the two nothing jumps out at me but maybe those of you that own an mes now see something about the new model that looks...- veritas

New to the forum. I'm an avid griller love my charcoal performer and Weber rotisserie. Do a good deal of brewing. Enjoy fine cigars and a scotch. Have done some smoking with my Weber performer using the smokanator but not a lot. I'm looking at making a purchase soon of MES 40 and pairing...
