Help with mold
Yes they cured trusted and dripped them. They said it will take around 5 months till they are finished, I understand that mold would grow but I expected only white mold,- thisandthat

Ok I bought them from a Italian butcher ship. I'm running around 74% humidity and 50° in temperature I did use mold 600. It will be one month of drying on the 11th,- thisandthat

Hey guys this is my first time trying to dry capacol. I have some blue or green mold. Not sure of its good or bad. Help is much appreciated.- thisandthat
