    MAK VS WSM

    My opinion - easiest cooking = MAK.  Best flavor = WSM.  I have had both but currently use the MAK.  If I want charcoal or lots of wood flavor I smoke with the Performer.  To use the WSM bending is involved and I am on the outs with bending.
