Bradley smoker temperature question
I will second this. I have had a second element and the auber PID for 5 years and it is the only way to go if you plan on keeping the Bradley. MAK VS WSM
My opinion - easiest cooking = MAK. Best flavor = WSM. I have had both but currently use the MAK. If I want charcoal or lots of wood flavor I smoke with the Performer. To use the WSM bending is involved and I am on the outs with bending.- maineac
