Thanks for the points. I smoked my kielbasa with cherry and pecan wood. I smoked it until it reached the internal temp of 150. This is a really tasty sausage.....Enjoy!

you're welcome Al. I cut off the end pieces of my pork loin, stuffed a piece in each end of my pork belly roll. If you don't do this, when the pork belly starts to cook it will try to push that sausage out. I saw one of your post with your new Lang smoker. I'm thinking about purchasing one of...
