    I've got some bulk linguica in the freezer (vac. sealed) that I made last spring. Can I thaw it, stuff it into casings, and smoke it? Or should we just eat that and make fresh??? I'm looking forward to making some more good Spanish chorizo and smoking it soon too.

    Somehow the idea of a true Ruben just struck my mind, the brisket was 99 cents a pound at Costco and I don't feel too bad about grinding it up. The kraut was fantastic in the Fatty! We love hot Hungarian paprika, and Spanish smoked paprika (to die for).

    We make a lot of limoncello - love that stuff so much. Richtee - I swilled one while the fattie cooked. Made another one and nursed it until the Niner's won. By then it was time to switch to bourbon. Only so much sweetness can be tolerated in one day. But it is a perfect brunch drink!!!
