    I have often thought about smoking beans for soups, but was thinking it might loose the flavor when i soak them as I change water 2-3 times.

    Is it ever too cold?

    I have had nice product turn out when it has been cold. I think you should be fine, then amnps should produce heat so the cheese does not freeze.
