"Baron Von Schwein" 120 Gallon Horizontal Tank RF Build. QVIEW!

bigbill, We are doing a reverse flow which means the temps in the main chamber should similarly regulated throughout. I was kind of under the impression that the temperature control is done by regulating the fire temp. We are going to incorporate a auto temp control system to regulate the temps...

"Baron Von Schwein" 120 Gallon Horizontal Tank RF Build. QVIEW!

Great idea Teesquare... have you seen any circular firebox builds which had a rib box like you're describing? Dougmays, Before today I was convinced there would be no way for us to build a trailer. However, my uncle showed me how to MiG weld this morning and I was pleasantly surprised how easy...

    Fattie weave

I just read a post on this site on another method of weaving bacon... looks like the same concept but they lay it out flat and then roll the fatty around it. http://cowgirlscountry.blogspot.com/2010/02/bacon-weave.html

"Baron Von Schwein" 120 Gallon Horizontal Tank RF Build. QVIEW!

Woo! Let the build begin! I'm the other brother by the way... Does anyone have any feedback on door size/location? I have read that you should avoid cutting the bottom of the door any lower then half way down the front of the tank because fat could run down the door and out the bottom. The...
