I like to use the Home Depot orange buckets for brining( called the manufacturer and was told they are food safe). HD also sells a black, O-ringed snap on lid that has the screw on lid. I make my brine the night before then place it on the lower shelf of my garage fridge to chill for the night...

From what I saw at the store I think you can remove the fan and cage, drill a small hole for the shaft to go through, insert shaft in hole then reassemble. My biggest question is will circulating the air and smoke make a difference? I want to try this on my 2 door Master Forge smoker.

I have seen small, metal blade battery operated fans you can add to the rotisserie slot in BBQ's that basically turn the BBQ into a convection BBQ. Has anyone tried or know if they will do any good in a smoker? This is the one I have seen. What are your thoughts...
When we invite people over for a BBQ we tell them the time that we will eat and that is final. If the food is ready and the time has come that we said we would eat and they are not there yet and haven't called then tough luck, you get whatever Is left( if any), if none left, sorry.

We always marinate our flank steals in Italian dressing and red wine vinaigrette for anywhere from 7 to 10 days and have never had a problem. Comes out nice and tender.
