    Learned my lesson about doing them in the dishwasher, stopped up the float switch which was a easy clean, the limit switch was on the bottom of tub couldn't see it, had to pull lay on back then push switch in.

    Dishwasher Advice

    Son bought a Bosch and it broke down 2 times in 2 years, was cheap fix first time and replaced the 2nd time, I bought a Maytag this time without a Food grinder, works great. I worked at sears for 21 years, our DW guys all said stick with whirlpool/KitchenAid. Maytag is also owned by whirlpool.

    OXO normal cut, everything OXO has worked very well so far, they use to put 1 large P38 per case back in the 70's-80's, it was the lucky guy that got 1, I had 1 on my dog tags for a long time, not sure who took t off but suspect mamaw did so grand kids could play with it.

    COLD!!!!!

    93 is when it got bad around here, spent 5 days riding around in a 2.5 ton army truck with no heat in it, put chains on the rear and there was no stopping it.

    Keep some tupe of pan there, grease will over flow quickly, it’s amazing the amount of fat that comes out of meat.

    I have tried multiple liquids in the pan and could never taste a difference in the meat no matter water or fruit juice, pretty sure weber is trying to stop grease fires which can happen to any pellet smoker

    Seen some today at Food City and thought about snagging them, too much in the fridge and freezers so might just run up to Middlesboro Ky, Lee's Chicken has them and also liver and hearts or a mix, snow storm hitting so be a few days.

    are some meats just not injectable?

    A jacarrde (sp) ran over it and then bagged overnight with the liquid, have made several messes over the years, some saran wrap over it before injecting helps keep the mess down :emoji_laughing:
