Thanks One Eye Jack, last weekend I did my very 1st run in the Yoder with a big tri tip, burned in the new smoker for few hours then added the protein. Going from a CharGriller to this is major transition... I ended up over smoking the meat with almond smoke but the cook came out perfect medium...- metalman1976
