Good looking unit and great looking yard bird.
The end product was fantastic. The pork just fell apart. It had a great smoke ring and great flavor. Now to make adjustments like ash drop and finish shelves...replace the tongue jack stand that fell apart.
Still a work in progress. I want to play and have it ready for then next years...

We jury rigged a work bench...not OSHA certified...but effective.
so sink or swim....first smoke was 32 pork cushions, 4 pork shoulders, 3 racks of ribs, and a 4" hotel pan of pork and beans.
I only got three shelves made and ran out of shielding gas...
