    Hi i'm Jared From Staples, MN  I use a 125 gallon Reverse Flow smoker and A UDS.   Been smoking for over 10 years and loving it.  Entered a few back yard contests and have one victory under our belts.  Just signed up for our First KCBS even and looking forward to that.
