Hi and welcome to the group from Northern Illinois. Glad you joined. I've been smoking meat for @ 20 years, always did things somewhat the same til I started look online and here for ideas. What I did before was good and everyone liked it, but now I made my own rub and change things for great...
Welcome to the group. I've only been on here for a couple months, but have been smoking meats for years. Wish I know of this site years ago. Would have helped a lot. I have never seen anyone negative or rude to others on have, which I like. Everyone here is very willing to help others to do what...

Welcome to the group. There is a lot of people here to help with almost any issue you have. Just ask or do check for the issue using the search bar. Good luck and keep smoking.
Glad you joined. I'm just somewhat south of you in Illinois. I too like to smoke year round, but I use a stick burner. Does stink sometimes but the end result is worth it. Good luck and keep smoking.
The cook chamber is 65 inches long and 24 inches across. It has 2 racks with the upper one removable. I made it to fit my height, I'm 6'7" and got tired of low work areas with the others I've had or have seen. The racks are 54" by 24" and the upper is 54" by 16". Can't wait to get good use out...
