    Smoked Brisket Sausage

Thank you for your research of "Smoked brisket sausage". I like your idea, and I think that it would make more sense to start with raw brisket meat. I think I will season it as if it were going on the smoker whole, but then grind it and stuff it. I will look for recipes using raw brisket meat...

    Smoked Brisket Sausage

That looks great, but I was trying to figure out a way to use the "Left over" brisket in a creative way. I figured since the meat is already smoked / cooked, I could just grind it and stuff it just with the seasoning that is on the brisket... But was concerned that maybe I needed to add pork or...

    Smoked Brisket Sausage

I came across an old 2014 post about a gentleman making Smoked Brisket sausage. He has not been active since August of that year. Does anyone have a recipe for smoked brisket Sausage? I typically smoke a 14-16 pound brisket or two at a time, and would love to try making some sausage out of...

DOVE SEASON IS UPON US IN THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS!

We slayed 'em yesterday, so of course I came to this site for some wild delicious ideas for some of the dove breasts, but from what I can see, there has not been much activity on the subject of dove meat. Any suggestions as to the preparations, cooking methods? I usually season it, then slide...

Hey S24, just found your post about the Smoked Brisket Sausage. Looks fantastic! Would you care to share the recipe? I usually smoke a 14-16 pound brisket, and always have left overs... I typically freeze it in it's juices, but would love to try some sausage with it. Do I need to add...

    Poblano Tacos

FWISmoker, I tried this recipe and, well... I screwed it up badly! I like smoke, but apparently the peppers did not like as much smoke as I typically do. I made Jalapeño and poblano "taco shells" but they turned out bitter. I will try it again with just a little smoke from my amazing smoker and...

Location suggestion for a new Smoke House

Dave, you are correct, I am in a neighborhood with a HOA. I invited one the the ACC committee members over to go over my plans and he said that according the the dccr's, it"should" be no problem. Thanks for the comment though. Let's hope for the best. And thank you for your suggestions and comments.

    Air FLow

Thank you gentlemen!! Makes sense now! Now I can figure that into the plan. So Dave, do you think the flue liner is the way to go, or pipe? I want to cover it up with the same material as the smoke house base anyway for "curb appeal"... Thanks again!
