    was not very good to say the least, dont think i will be watching it again, and to read on here that a couple are "pro" bbq'ers, well that sums it up for me, i'll never buy from an outside caterer again. kc.

    hey bamber, i only use kettles so for me, its simply a move into the shed, with the door open wide and the bbq in the doorway, if i'm grilling i'm there anyway so dont have any worries about it being a fire hazard, if i'm doing low and slow, i check every half hour or so that things are going...

    hiya all, northwest uk here, got nothing fancy only a couple of weber kettles, but thats all i need. they get used 2-3 times a week for everything from low and slow to hot and fast. looking forward to joining in with you guys n gals. ok, off for a read, catch ya later. kc.
