Willie - I actually planted seeds in November for the habs and the scotch bonnets. Had to bring them in a few times over the winter but they're doing pretty good!

This is the basic recipe. The limes on the bottom are squeezed. Just the juice. I also add a tsp of white pepper too. Put it all in a blender and blend till "smoothish". Looks nasty but smells and tastes fantastic. 2nd pic is leftover from this...
Looks great to me! I'm all about the jerk! I'm waiting for wings to go on sale again. once they do I'm going to load up both racks of the mini - half for the wife and "those people" and the other half like they're meant to be - hotter the better!
