From reading this thread “healthy” is obviously subjective.
I am not on a diet, I just don’t eat the Standard American Diet (SAD).
I eat this way to feel better and it has become a bit of a hobby.
Smoking meats fits into this way of eating very nicely.
Not always a rule but I like to eat...
I went by there a few weeks ago to check them out.
Definitely a lot of product packed in the store!

For four years now I have been strict keto/low carb/ anti grain.

I went down the air-fryer rabbit-hole one weekend and finally settled on this.
Not what you typically think of when you hear air-fryer but I have been very happy.

Smoked a rack Saturday and couldn't wait for them to finish so I could go to sleep.
Ends up I got the Vid and have had no appetite since.
I shall stick them in the freezer now.
