    You could always do what we do for a day or 2...Go rent some Harleys and take some bike trips through the valley of fire, hoovers dam, etc... I have gone every year for the past 7 years or so, but I just couldn't stomach going again this year. The Harleys were sure fun though!!

    Go buy a roll of freezer paper; You can use some cling wrap first to get rid of air, then wrap in the freezer paper. Double wrap it if you wish to keep it even longer.     If you got the money, I would say to go for it on the ceramic. The grill doesn't make your food taste better though, that is the cooks job! They WILL burn much less fuel though, as they are VERY efficient! They can also get to higher temps than the weber for searing. One load of coals can last...

    Man I love this time of year!!!

    It is the BEST time of the year!! Nice Cool weather (It was 32F at my house yesterday AM @ 6:30) that is GREAT for sleeping with the windows open! The BEST fishing, all the hunting seasons kick in, and the Fall Colors...WOW! Too much to do!! And yes, of course, samokin!!
