    More Oley and Sven...

So, Sven and Ole are bungee-jumping one day. Sven says to OLe, "You know, we could make a lot of money running our own bungee-jumping service in Mexico." Ole thinks this is a great idea, so the two pool their money and buy everything they'll need - a tower, an elastic cord, insurance, etc...

IMO, there a 3 chainsaws to choose from: (no particular order) Jonsered Stihl Husqvarna You spend a little more on any of them, but they WILL outperform the others, and last virtually forever if you take care of them right. I have owned both Poulan and craftsman, which were fairly disposable...

    Wood for Smoking

I have never used them for smoking, but I have used them for grilling steaks. They make an EXCELLENT bourban steak! I usually let the steaks soak in a good bourbon for 20 minutes or so first too.

    the big green egg

The ceramics are very nice cookers. The cook still produces the food though. They do well at high cooks, although the more high temp cooks you do, the faster you burn through the gaskets between the lid and the base. They are very good at holding and maintaining temps for a low and slow too...
