I'm like you on that point, If it's seasoned right then you don't need any sauce. But I do like a nice sweet with alot of heat, you know something on the back of the throat and feel the burn abit.- kwats4

cayenne warm on the back of the tounge, jala like a hot bannana pepper but the serano was hot
