    Mother's Day Smoke

    Nice! We smoked for Mother's Day too, but we did baby backs. 1st....dry rub. In The Smoke!  I used Hickory and Cherry wood. Almost Done!!  I've wrapped 1/2 a rack to give to a buddy that had to leave. AANNNNDDDD-----ready to come off the smoker.
