    I have a new smoker that I have now used two times.  The first smoke was about 3-4 hours long and I probably used about 12 lbs. of charcoal.  My second smoke was about 5 hours long and I used about 20 lbs. of charcoal.  The first cook the high outdoor temperature got to be about 50 degrees...
