Well it is Sunday Football and RIBS plus a few sausage links. I fired up the grill tried some other types of beef ribs more meat less fat. To make life good we bought HEB Sausage while in Kerrville, I miss HEB. In a few months come Mar to Sep smokin will cease until I return home In themeantime... -
