    SMOKER CLEANING

I have 2-7' reverse flows on a trailer and Faithfully totally clean the inside every other cook.  I scrape out the bottom and powerwash with hot water the whole inside and racks.  No soap or chemicals.  Stays seasoned but removes the debris that could taint my next smokeout.

    Ok, here we go.

Looking forward to seeing your build progress.  I still have a tank in my shop and want to do a small build to rent out on weekends.

    300g Tank

Build you some rib racks.  They are AWESOME!  I built mine from 2" flat stock....1/4" thick and welded #20 penny bright nails every 2 " onto them.  It takes 2rib  racks for each shelf.   Stand your ribs on edge between the nails.  My 288 gal smoker gets 45 racks of ribs on the bottom...

Dual RF Smokers on trailer....My first adventure

Did the seasoning burn this evening.  What a joy to watch.  This thing heats up really fast and holds a nice even temp.  I also did a steam bath before the seasoning.  My first cook in this thing is going to be Thursday.  We are inviting a bunch of people to check out our bounty.  I'm cooking 2...

Tried to do this blog last night and ended up snoozing.  two things an obcession like this will do for you, cause you to loose sleep and weight.  I've lost about 30 lbs doing this and now don't have one brown hair left and wouldn't change it for anything. Enough rambeling.  Feast your eyes on...
