I have had the Chef's Choice 120 for a couple of years and really like it. I've never had the need to use the first stage, but the second and third stages put a great edge on my knives.
Best of luck to you!
mole, thank you! Get the slicer. Trust me, you won't regret it. Life is so much easier when you own one.
red, thank you!
That was my first time ever using the AMNPS, so there was a bit of a learning curve that I had to adjust to. Ultimately, I took care of my issue by nuking the pellets in a...
Venture, thank you!
ipyrek, yes, it absolutely is that easy! Now that your wife bought the corned beef brisket, you don't even have to wait the necessary time to cure a regular brisket. Just season and smoke what you already have. Best of luck to you!
terry, LOL!
Bill, thank you!
Kadoka, thank you! I think a whole lot of us are waiting for these sales!!!

Here's my attempt at a pastrami project. Overall, I think it came out very well. It was also my first time using an AMNPS. It took a few adjustments on my part to keep the unit smoking, but when I finally got the smoke rolling steady, the amazing little contraption didn't stop until the end. I...
