Right Kind of Smoke
oldschool has you covered. I'm relatively new to smoking as well, and I am also a stick burner. I have read the "stickburning 101" guide and it has helped me tremendously. I love the idea of naming my smoker. I've been giving it some thought and this thread has some great ideas and examples.
