tropics: Yeah, I loaded new chips every 30-45 mins for my chicken and it was a pain. Not looking forward to having to do that over the life of a brisket... I have been lurking for a bit so I'm already familiar with the AMNPS and mailbox mods.- kentuckycal

Hi folks, new to the forum. I live in Spencer County, Kentucky (outside of Louisville) and have also lived in Pennsylvania/New Jersey and Massachusetts.
