    Picked up a 4" drive shaft yesterday...Got the hole cut out and I'm going to place is just above grate level and then install a baffle.  Took a year but finally fixing my stale smoke problem Not sitting in all the way, but wanted a pic anyways lol

    First...simple but different

    Used  3 chunks of soaked apple wood and took roughly 2 1/2 hours to hit the 160 temp.  That was actually the fastest I've smoked anything.  I'm used to 8+ lbs of food lol!
