do i need to to leave a turkey in a brine for two days then smoke it. i have a recipie for brine it is tw gallons of water 2 cups of salt quarter cup of brown sugar 1 tsp pepper 4 tsp minced garlic third cup worchschire i have used on the chickens and it was great. thanks
hi alll just started the smf tonight just started smoking i did three chickens and they turned out great. iam smoking a test turkey saturday to see how it turnes out before thanksgiving. i live in wisconsin and i use a smokey mountain propane smoker.
i just started smoking meat i did three chickens and some leg quarters and breasts. iam going to smoke a test turkey this saturday to see if the familily likes it before trying it out on the in laws that could be a long day if they dont like it. alot of you are married you know what iam talking...
