It does vary on outside temperature the most I’ve ever used is probably 30lbs in a 12hr smoke with outside temperature in the 20’s. It’s something I don’t worry too much about if it’s empty I fill it up I’ve been using competition blend I’m picking up at Walmart for now may look into a bulk buy...
I work with two guys that have them and the love them always telling me I have the wrong smokers they do produce some good que and a lot cheaper than I’ve invested
First i would make sure the warranty would transfer second as far as pellet use I treat this like a sports car you don’t buy one for fuel economy it holds temps within 5 degrees has tons of room. And if I had a chance to buy it for that price I’d take it warranty or not
And now you tell me after smoking my bacon I could’ve put it in a bag to rest my wife is still griping about the Smokey smell in the fridge guess I’ll have to try again lol
Well said the notes is what I really need to start even if not perfect it would give you something to look at and change instead of trying to remember what you done
