    What do you have ready to drink, and what's on deck for upcoming brew days?

    I got 2 IPA's...SG 1.080 and a 1.062. and 2 ciders SG on those is a 1.068 one with ale yeast and the other with wine yeast.

    Can I make good summer sausage in two days? I would like to have some ready for turkey day but...I don't even have a recipe! Im looking to do a 5lb. batch and have beef chuck and pork but.     Look what i made at work.

    NOT FOR SALE! I think the A-maze-N products are great and worth the money. I made these because of how small my smoker is. Having to keep them clear of the burner the smoker trays needed narrow. But now I see Tod has tube type smokers that I could have used instead......oh well????
