Thanks for your input. Sadly, in Romania, where I'm from, BBQ as you know it is not popular at all. BBQ for us means burgers and charcoal grilled meats. I'm not a fan of building my own because I don't have that much knowledge on thermodynamics or airflow designs of a smoker. So most likely I'll get things wrong and I'll have to deal with it.
