    just got my AMNS yesterday....have some bacon ready to go for the weekend. i wanted something just like you, and the AMNS seems to be the overwhelming choice.

    Apple cider vs distilled battle of the vinegar

    apple fan here......ive used some distilled....but not often. i make a mop sauce with mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and a lil cayenne....not overpowering at all, but keeps that moisture, and smells wonderful.

    this is my current cold smoker...haha. i know i can use my hot smoker, but this was fun to build. plus, ill be able to do lots of things inside...hams, sausage....

    Hello friends

    thanks everyone..... and yea, i saw the A maze n smoker....and its already been ordered. i should have it today or tomm. and am expecting to use this weekend. im pretty dern excited.  normally i use wood chips in a pot of some sort....and just smolder.
