i think i just jumped the gun it is at 160 now thanks for the replys my new thermometer sais it was don in two hours so i took my old meter out there and it said 140 but it is going up i dont know what is wrong with the new one
have a ronco flavor injector it is the one that you can put herbs and full cloves of garlid right inside of a roast or any big cut of meat. if you do what do you think about it i want to use mine but a little leary.
