Yes Willie for sure. Yea I can get a whole packer for $3.98 a pound but once they take a knife to it the price doubles. And I am only one who is going to be eating most of it Why I only bought the flat and it was on sale. -

Was out looking for dinner idea and saw this little guy 3.33 Lbs. $9.00 off I thought it was a steal. Here it is all dressed up for the big dance. Basic rub 2 tablespoons of course sea salt, 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of dried smoked Jalapenos I smoked them last... -
